Acceptable use

Service scope and boundaries

PTA.AI delivers managed platform capabilities for school organization websites and operational workflows.

Included: template-driven website operations, role-based administration, structured update workflows, and managed release tooling.
Not included: custom legal services, district legal opinions, and third-party system guarantees outside platform control.
Service changes: features and capabilities may evolve; material policy-impacting changes are communicated through policy/version updates.

Accounts, authority, and governance transitions

Each organization is responsible for assigning authorized operators and keeping administrative access current.

  • Only authorized board representatives may create, approve, or modify organization-level configuration.
  • Role assignments should reflect actual governance duties and be reviewed during board transitions.
  • Credential protection, secure recovery channels, and timely removal of former officers remain customer obligations.
  • PTA.AI may suspend access pathways where abuse or risk indicators require protective action.

Billing, renewals, and cancellations

Billing terms are tied to selected plans and approved service orders, with cancellation behavior defined by billing cycle.

Plan billing

Subscription charges apply according to your selected billing interval and active catalog pricing.

Add-ons and services

One-time and recurring add-ons follow explicit service-order and pricing terms before work begins.

Cancellation timing

Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Payment processing

Third-party payment processors handle transaction processing subject to their independent terms and policies.

Content ownership and platform IP

Your organization owns submitted content; PTA.AI owns platform software and associated intellectual property.

Customer content: school/PTA-owned text, images, and organizational materials remain customer property.

Platform IP: software, infrastructure, rendering systems, and proprietary tooling remain PTA.AI intellectual property.

License scope: we grant a limited license to use the platform for approved service purposes under active agreement.
